The gig in a nutshell:
We're looking for a Market Access Strategist who combines deep industry knowledge with strategic thinking and a passion for solving complex challenges.
In this role, you'll partner with clients and cross-functional teams to develop insight-driven strategies, shape high-quality deliverables, and help translate market access challenges into meaningful action. You'll serve as a trusted thought partner, bringing clarity to complexity and helping ensure our work consistently exceeds expectations.
The secret-sauce we need:
- 5+ years of experience in market access, pharmaceutical marketing, consulting, or a related healthcare field
- Strong understanding of the market access landscape, including payer, provider, reimbursement, and patient access dynamics
- Ability to translate complex information into clear strategies and recommendations
- Experience developing client-facing strategic deliverables and presentations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
- Strategic thinker with a balance of big-picture perspective and attention to detail
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
